Apple is known as the world’s highest-class manufacturer of devices all over the world. Apple builds smartphones, laptops, pads, smartwatches, AirPods, and smart TVs and provides many software services like iCloud, the App Store, and many more, including developer Xcode tools.
Apple Foldable Phone
Apple imposes some very strict technical requirements on suppliers for its foldable devices. These requirements are meant to solve problems that have been seen in current foldable models on the market so far. The biggest issues are:
- Durability – It is difficult to operate a foldable device for a long time without damage. Apple wants the devices to be robust and reliable.
- Crease Prevention – Foldable screens often develop a permanent line or crease at the fold, which can spoil the look and performance of the device. This is a problem Apple wants to avoid.
According to reports, Apple is in the final stages of its display selection process, and it will complete the process by late February to early April. However, it is not clear the launch timeline. Apart from this, the company is also working on foldable MacBooks. The reports suggest that the foldable MacBook could have 19.5 inches display.
However, many tech companies, like Samsung, Google, Oppo, OnePlus, Honor, Vivo, and many others, have made their presence felt in the foldable smart device market, with Samsung playing a key role in it. And now it seems that Apple is ready to create a unique foldable device with its unique technology.
