On January 07, 2025, OnePlus announced two new flagship number series phones, and now just a week after the launch, the OnePlus 13 has started receiving its first OxygenOS 15-based update with camera improvements. Coming back to the topic, the first update for the OnePlus 13 5G has arrived with OxygenOS build version CPH2649_15.0.0.402(EX01) and an updated package size of 1GB, it brings the December 2024 Android security patch.
OnePlus says that this update adds the Touch to Share feature to the OnePlus 13 series supporting iOS devices. This makes it easier to share your photos and files. It also improves the stability of Wi-Fi connections by optimizing IPv6 connectivity.
In terms of camera improvements, this update adds various styles and personalization to the watermark, including Hasselblad, Master Signature, Film, Classic Camera, etc. Please note, it brings a lot of camera enhancements in addition to improving the clarity of videos shot in 4K at 60 fps.
