Realme launched a new Realme 14 series smartphone, Realme 14 Pro 5G and 14 Pro + 5G on 17 January 2025. Ahead of open sale, now, the company has started rolling out the first update for the Realme 14 Pro 5G smartphone with camera improvements. The company has also optimized the system of the entire device and also taken care of the security segment to deliver great performance.
The Realme 14 Pro series has been launched in India. Its price starts at Rs 24,999, but after a bank discount, its price comes down to Rs 22,999. Its first sale will start on January 23 at 12 noon.
Realme 14 Pro is the top-end model of the newly launched Number lineup. It consists of several eye-catching features and an advanced retractable lens that is completely different from the past Number series models.
To enhance the efficiency of the Realme 14 Pro model, the company is now rolling out its first Realme UI 6 update in the Indian market, brings camera improvements. The firmware is stapled with version RMX5056_15.0.0.540(EX01).
The Realme UI 6 update has enriched the camera functionality of the device. It has improved some shooting effects and lens stability.
As per the changelog, the update has optimized camera stability as well as camera style image quality. Also, it improves portraits with 2x blur accuracy.

How to update
In terms of availability, the update is currently available for users residing in India. However, it will reach more regions in the coming days. Till then, you can check out by installing the latest update via the Settings app.
Tap on About Device > then tap on the Realme UI card and click on Check for Updates. Now the phone will access the server to get the firmware built for you.
