Samsung is rolling out the February 2025 software update for Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra users. The latest firmware includes a short list of new improvements to the camera, calls, and charging. Inputs reveal that Samsung Galaxy S25 Korean units are claiming the February 2025 update with the following One UI version numbers.
- S931NKSU1AYB3 – Galaxy S25
- S936NKSU1AYB3 – Galaxy S25 Plus
- S938NKSU1AYB3 – Galaxy S25 Ultra
