Till now, most of the eligible Xiaomi devices have already got the HyperOS 2, and the remaining are going to get it. Following HyperOS 2, the company is preparing its next major software, HyperOS 3.
The search engine giant has already rolled out Android 16 developer previews for its Pixel devices; now Xiaomi is preparing its Android 16-based HyperOS 3 software to announce the developer previews as soon as possible.
The update is expected to bring faster app launches, smooth multitasking, improved animation, and more. However, there is nothing officially revealed about the new features or functionalities.
This year’s upcoming update could arrive early, around July 2025. As per the official update policy, we have made a list of eligible Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO devices.
