Nothing Phone 2a Plus gets ‘circle to search’ with February 2025 update

The UK-based smartphone manufacturer started distributing a new firmware update to the Nothing Phone 2a Plus globally. The update brings a number of new feauters, improvemetns, enhancements and optimizations. Along with these new functionalities, it also integrates the latest February 2025 Android security patches.

The February 2025 update for the Nothing Phone 2a Plus brings a much-awaited Circle to Search feature. The Circle to Search feature is a visually innovative way to search for anything with Google Lens. This search tool is currently limited to premium and flagship Android devices.

Apart from this, this update enhances WiFi, Bluetooth, and system stability. The update also stabilises cellular network connections and optimises Quick Settings pull-down speed in landscape mode.
