Nothing is an impressive job to release the stable Android 15-based Nothing OS 3.0 for its smartphones. Now, the consumer tech giant is gearing up to launch its upcoming smartphone, probably the Nothing Phone (3) or Phone (3a). Now, the company has revealed the launch date of the upcoming Nothing Phone.
Nothing Phone (3) could launch triple camera, tease reveals
According to the listing page on the official website, Nothing has confirmed the launch of a new phone on March 4 at 10am GMT. The teaser doesn’t tell us much other than showing the Nothing’s Glyph lighting effect, which looks like a camera module with three cameras. This is not a triple camera feature on any other Nothing phone model at the moment.
So, we can expect the company to launch the Nothing Phone 3 with a triple camera setup, one wide, one ultra-wide, and the third being a telephoto lens.
The March 4 date sets this launch right in the middle of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. So this launch could match the pattern, as last year’s Nothing phone (2a) also launched at the annual tech conference, and this serves as additional evidence for the phone (3a).
Earlier, a leaked internal email shared by @evleaks confirms that the upcoming Nothing Phone (3) will be the brand’s first flagship phone. The email comes directly from company founder, Carl Pei and outlines the year ahead, mentioning the Nothing Phone (3) as a flagship phone and “a landmark smartphone launch” in Q1 2025.
Nothing Phone 3 is expected to feature a 6.6-inch screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 12GB RAM, 512GB storage, 5,000mAh battery, and a triple camera setup that may include a new telephoto lens since it has become the most preferred camera feature in premium devices.
The Phone 3 model may come preinstalled with Nothing OS 3.0 (Android 15), which introduces new features and enhancements that elevate the user experience while paving the way for more customizable and shareable interactions.
