After the launch of the Galaxy S25 series with One UI 7, Galaxy S24 users are excited to know whether Samsung will release beta 4 or a stable version. At the moment, the Korean tech giant has not confirmed anything about the next One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S24 series.
Meanwhile, Samsung also revealed that the official One UI 7 release will start with the latest Galaxy S series devices. Also, it is expected to be gradually rolled out to other Galaxy devices as well.
According to IceUniverse, Samsung plans to release the One UI 7 beta 4 software for the Galaxy S24 series, and the stable version is still a long way off.
In addition, One UI 7 beta 24 may fix the yellow screen issue on the Galaxy S7 series running the beta program. The beta team acknowledged that One UI 7 beta caused an issue where the display appeared too yellow when color optimization was enabled in Natural mode.
Note, if you’re experiencing the yellow screen issue, Samsung recommends disabling color optimization or using Visual mode (instead of Normal).
Plus, we advised users to keep checking for official updates through the Samsung Members app for the latest information. The Korean tech giant is regularly working to enhance and optimize the experience.
In the meantime, Samsung encouraged users to be patient while they worked on the update. To find out if this is beta 4 or the final stable version of One UI 7, stay updated with the Samsung Members app. For now, Galaxy S24 owners will have to wait for more information in the coming days or weeks.
Notably, some internal testing builds for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series indicate that Samsung has started preparing a stable One UI 7 update expected to be released in late February 2025.
